Delivery

Delivery is up to 1-3 business days with
You will receive your Herba Detox by www.myhermes.co.uk or www.royalmail.com courier to an address specified by you within a term of up to 1-3 working days as of sending the order. An exception of this term shall be all orders or deliveries made in the weekends and on national holidays!
Orders made from Monday to Friday before 02:00 p.m. shall be processed and sent on the same day. Orders made from Monday to Friday after 02:00 p.m., after working hours, in the weekend, as well as on any holidays, shall be processed and sent the next working day.
Delivery price: The delivery price depends on the number of Herba Detox in an order. It shall be determined based on weight and volume. The delivery price shall be marked in your shopping cart before before finalizing the product purchase.
Each order shall be sent to an address specified by the client!

Payment

Cancellation and Return

Each client may cancel an order that has been already placed or confirmed. In case of cancellation, you need to notify us before 05:00 p.m. on the day of the Order, or if the Order was confirmed after 05:00 p.m., then you need to contact us before 12:00 p.m. on the next day! However, if this happens after this period of time or at the moment of delivery, you will have to pay the expenses for the return of Herba Detox tea back to us.
Each client shall have the right to return Herba Detox tea within a term of 14 days as of its reception, provided that the commercial appearance of the product has been preserved, i.e. the package is not damaged or opened. If the condition above has been observed, then you just need to contact us to notify us that you wish to return Herba Detox tea. Each client shall have the right to contact us at the specified contact details within a term of 14 days as of the confirmation of his/her Order, and without specifying a reason the client should declare his/her desire to return the purchased goods.
